MEDFI (M) SDN BHD which previously known as ASLON ENGINEERING was

incorporated in December 14, 2001 under Malaysia’s Company Act 1965 in 2003 to

participate and undertake the various business opportunity that are available in the present

vibrant Malaysia economic climate and in response to the Government’s call for more

Bumiputra participation in the Private Sector and Industries.

MEDFI (M) SDN BHD is a wholly owned Bumiputra Company Registered and with a

present Paid-Up Capital of RM 100,000.00 and an Authorized Capital of RM 100,000.00.

MEDFI (M) SDN BHD commands a comfortable management, administrative and operations

staff the details of which are elaborated separately within this Profile. In fulfilling the

objective of the Company to be committed to pursue sound business opportunities and

undertake them professionally and diligently consistent with company philosophy of being

results oriented and providing quality services and performance.
